CV COLLABORATOR REFUND POLICY

PROGRAMMES & EVENTS

Transferring your Place – If you are unable to attend an event for any reason, you may request to have a colleague attend in your place. This is subject to the discretion of CV Collaborator and must be requested at least 5 working days before the programme/event.

Deferring your Place – If you are unable to attend an event for any reason, you may request to attend the next running of the programme or event in question. This is subject to availability and at the discretion of CV Collaborator and must be requested at least 5 working days before the programme/event is due to commence.

Refunds – Where the programme or event delegate is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer their place to another person or to another event/programme, then the following refund arrangements apply:

  • More than 30 Days before – Places cancelled more than 30 days before the event/programme are eligible for an 100% refund, in the form of a credit note.

  • Less than 30 Days – Places cancelled less than 30 days before the event/programme are eligible for a 50% refund, in the form of a credit note.

  • Less than 14 Days – Places cancelled less than 14 days before the event/programme are no longer eligible for a refund.


If a programme or event is subject to rescheduling or cancellation by CV Collaborator, then CV Collaborator will inform you via email at the earliest available opportunity.


Arrangements will be then be made to ensure alternative suitable date(s) can be found to deliver this event/programme.


Should this not be possible or the programme unable to be delivered, you will be entitled to a 100% refund in the form of a credit note.


COACHING AND PROFILE INTERVIEW SESSIONS


If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled 1:1 Coaching and Profile Review Session, you are fully responsible for informing CV Collaborator.


Please let us know at least 3 working days in advance, otherwise CV Collaborator reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or to consider the session spent, to cover any travel costs that may have been made in advance of the session and related coach fees.


If the sessions are subject to rescheduling by CV Collaborator, CV Collaborator will inform you via email at the earliest available opportunity and seek to reschedule the session for a later date.


CV, LINKEDIN, COVER LETTER, AND APPLICATION SERVICES

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time when work has not commenced and templates have not been provided, by immediate written notice.


If for any reason you wish to cancel the CV, LinkedIn, Cover Letter or Application Services engaged through CV Collaborator, you are fully responsible for informing CV Collaborator prior to work commencing and templates/intellectual property being provided.


CV Collaborator reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or to consider the service spent, to cover any costs or intellectual property that have been provided advance of the service.


If the services are subject to rescheduling by CV Collaborator, CV Collaborator will inform you via email at the earliest available opportunity and seek to reschedule the service for a later date.
